The Annual General Meeting of the Parent-Teacher Association for the year
2025–26 was successfully conducted as per the scheduled programme.

The meeting was presided over by the Principal,
Dr. Robert Rodrigues J.
At the beginning of the programme,
Mr. Prashanth Devadiga delivered the welcome address.
This was followed by the introductory speech presented by the PTA Teacher Coordinator,
Mrs. Sumalatha.
Dr. Vidyalatha presented the annual report and financial statement,
which were approved in the meeting.
The President of the meeting,
Dr. Robert Rodrigues J.,
addressed the gathering and shared important thoughts with the parents regarding
students’ discipline, attendance, and essential values.
The retiring office staff members
Mr. Eric Rach and
Mr. Bhaskar Shettigar
were felicitated.
Later,
Dr. Bharathraj S.
was honoured on the occasion of receiving his Ph.D. degree.
College rank holder
Fathima Sherula
was also honoured with an award.
In addition, students who excelled in
NCC, NSS, CA/CS, and sports activities
were felicitated.
During the programme, the executive committee members of the
Parent-Teacher Association for the academic year
2026–27
were selected.
The election process was conducted by
Mr. Bharathraj S. Nejar.
The programme was compered by
Mr. Prashanth Shetty.
Finally, the vote of thanks was delivered by
Mrs. Supreetha.
